Product Information
Deeper roots than other varieties. Very good in dry applications and drought conditions. Has reasonable winter and shade tolerance but also good in direct sunlight. Slightly broader leaf than other varieties, such as the Rustic Blend (fine Fescue). Once established, requires less maintenance.
Best to seed in warmer months for best germination
